I have always been someone with a fast metabolism who hardly ever put on weight. My appetite has been pretty small most of my life, on some days I may have only eaten one big meal the entire day.  It has been extremely difficult to put on weight, to say the least. So of course when I heard about Apetamin, I was over the moon, I could almost kiss the youtuber who introduced me to this! Apetamin is a syrup that increases appetite gradually, allowing you to gain weight naturally. My ultimate goal was just to fill out my clothes a little more but never to exceed a size 8.

I started taking 10mls of the syrup twice a day, once at breakfast and once at dinner. After 30mins-1hour of taking the syrup I would feel a great surge of hunger, mostly crave carbohydrates. Usually, as soon as I ate I would be hit by with an overwhelming feeling of tiredness. Sleeping after eating was inevitable for the first couple of days, and it was almost always a deep sleep for 3 hours+.

After two weeks I stopped taking apetamin, because I felt my appetite was at a level that was helping me gain weight. I was eating endless amount of carbs from bread, to rice, to pasta and potatoes. I was snacking a several times a day, which was a foreign concept to me because prior to taking apetamin I barely ever snacked and hardly ever ate bread or pasta. Naturally, I gained a little stomach pouch, as shown above, but it was almost like my trophy and only encouraged me more. However, to guarantee better results a lot faster I would definitely recommend going to the gym whilst taking the syrup.

At this point I wasn't taking the apetamin regularly at all but I had taken 15mls of Apetamin once a day for one week in March to help increase my appetite as I had felt it reduce significantly.

Overall, though the change is still small and I feel I have about 10kg to go before I am 100% happy with my body I would definitely recommend apetamin for anyone who has ever wanted to gain some weight or regain weight they lost due to lack of appetite etc. The only down side is the heavy sleeping but other than that its full proof. I plan on going to the gym as well as taking the syrup and I will try my best to document the rest of my journey.

    Wow!!I've actually been that girl too i was always so skinny & i hated it. For me McDonalds did it hahahaha. Now i'm happy with my weight so just working on maintaining. And oh the belly, you can't run away from that. Your new body looks great!!

    Hi there. Just reading up on people's experiences with Apetamin. I started taking it 16th March starting with 113 lbs. I got up to 133lbs in early May then I lost 5lbs when the syrup was finished. I had to order online since it doesn't sell in my country and when it got here both bottles broke (as well as my heart)...So I'm waiting to try the pills to see if I get the same results. My goal weight is 140lbs. I feel great where I am though, just not skinny anymore...
